Responsibilities:
- Communicate and solve customers’ problems via email and video meetings
- Work with product and R&D to offer solutions for customers’ problems
- Perform operational actions on the product
- Track and manage your work record
- Provide feedback internally to other teams to present the voice of our users.
Requirements:
- Fluent English – Mandatory
- Comfortable with Google spreadsheets and different tech tools
- Good communication skills (online and offline)
- Experience in tech/support roles – advantage
- 1-2 years Experience in SaaS support roles – advantage
