Join our operations team and help us deliver world-class support experience to our diverse community of customers and freelancers. 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and solve customers’ problems via email and video meetings
  • Work with product and R&D to offer solutions for customers’ problems
  • Perform operational actions on the product
  • Track and manage your work record
  • Provide feedback internally to other teams to present the voice of our users.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English – Mandatory
  • Comfortable with Google spreadsheets and different tech tools
  • Good communication skills (online and offline)
  • Experience in tech/support roles – advantage  
  • 1-2 years Experience in SaaS support roles – advantage
